SHIPPING
Gloam delivers worldwide from its home in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are dispatched using Australia Post tracked Standard or Express services.
For US customers: Due to current U.S. import tariffs on Australian goods, all U.S. prices already include a 10% tariff adjustment. No additional fees will apply at checkout.
For Canadian customers: Due to the ongoing postal strike in Canada, we’re temporarily suspending shipping to the region. Shipping will resume once postal services return to normal.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping
We ship from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post tracked services.

International Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post International (tracked) and will approximately take 5-10 business days from dispatch date.
Standard shipping prices:
North America: $30 AUD
Europe: $40 AUD
UK: $40 AUD
Asia: $30 AUD
Note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Gloam is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or taxes incurred.
Once your order has shipped, it is the buyer’s responsibility to track and monitor the delivery using the tracking number provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.
Order Tracking
All parcels include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via auspost.com.au/track.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays, weather, or peak periods). Gloam is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@gloamstore.com so we can assist you in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for parcels returned or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
RETURNS
We take care to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible, noting any signs of wear or imperfections. All sales are final unless an item has been misrepresented or arrives damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We only accept returns if:
- The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, or
- An incorrect item was sent.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@gloamstore.com. Returns must be confirmed prior to shipping—unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, dust bags, or packaging included if applicable.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as Gloam is not responsible for lost return parcels.
- If your return is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post refunds.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed. Please check your order details carefully before checkout.
