SHIPPING

GLOAM delivers worldwide and is now shipping all orders from Japan.

All orders are dispatched using tracked international shipping services.

For U.S. customers:
We are currently operating under DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Prices are consistent with all other countries and do not include tariffs, duties, or import taxes. Any applicable fees will be collected upon delivery.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated below. Orders are shipped via tracked international services and delivery times may vary by destination.

Shipping rates:

Australia & New Zealand:
Standard Shipping – $15 AUD on all orders
Express Shipping – $40 AUD on all orders

United States:
Standard Shipping - $26 USD on all orders

Japan: $8.5 AUD

Canada: $25 AUD

Europe: $25 AUD

China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan: $15 AUD

Asia (excluding the above): $18 AUD


Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. GLOAM is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, or taxes incurred.


Order Tracking

All parcels include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to track and monitor the delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.


Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. GLOAM is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been lodged with the carrier.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@gloamstore.com so we can assist you.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. GLOAM is not responsible for parcels returned or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


RETURNS

We take care to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear or imperfections. All sales are final unless an item has been misrepresented or arrives damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We only accept returns if:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, or
• An incorrect item was sent

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@gloamstore.com. Returns must be approved prior to shipping — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, dust bags, or packaging included (if applicable)
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused during shipping are not eligible for return


Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as GLOAM is not responsible for lost return parcels.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post refunds.


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
